What Data We Process

When you fill in our application form, we process the data you provide:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• City of residence
• Profession and, if applicable, specialty
• Professional experience
• German language level
• Recognition (Nostrifikation) status
• Earliest possible start date
• Your optional message

Purposes and Legal Bases

We process your data to handle your enquiry and to support you with a possible role in the Austrian healthcare sector. The legal bases are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For Turkey, KVKK provisions also apply.

Recipients and Processors

To operate the website and send emails, we use carefully selected service providers as processors, with contracts in place under Art. 28 GDPR. Providers used:

International Transfer

Your data is transferred to and processed at our company seat in Austria (European Union) for the purpose of placement. In addition, the service providers named above (hosting, email) are based in the USA; transfers take place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, where necessary, Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

Retention Period

We store your data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or until you withdraw your consent. Specifically, we keep your data for up to 24 months after the last contact.
